Domestic (Singapore):

Free shipping for purchases $40 and above.
S$4 standard shipping rate for purchases below $40.

For domestic orders (within Singapore), please allow about 4-5 business days for your parcel to arrive.

International Shipping:

For international shipping, kindly drop us an email at hello@happyness.com.sg to check with us regarding the shipping rates. We will be happy to assist you!

Returns & Exchanges:

Kindly note that we are not able to process any refunds or exchanges unless you have received a defective or damaged product. If there is a defective/damaged product, please contact us at hello@happyness.com.sg within 7 business days of your purchase.

Returned goods must be unused and returned in its original condition, with original labels/tags and packaging intact. Do also note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. Do keep a copy of receipt / order number, for us to process the return. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for return of items.
